Ed Blum brings extensive executive search experience to his role as the Director of Professional Search at AMS. He has an established background in staffing and permanent placement and leads AMS' effort to build and maintain the premier professional search practice in New England.

Ed has worked at the Boston office of Hollister, Inc., serving as the Director of Direct Hire for the accounting and finance, technology, sales and administrative divisions.  He also previously held senior management roles at Venturi Career Partners/Franklin-Pierce Associates.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College and an MBA from Babson College.
