WALTHAM, Mass. – August 19, 2009 - Accounting Management Solutions, Inc. (AMS), a leading provider of outsourced accounting, financial management, and consulting services for private, public, and nonprofit organizations, has been named to the 2009 Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine’s annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States, for the fourth consecutive year. AMS earned the position of 2155.

The Inc. 5000 is the most comprehensive portrait of fast-growing private companies assembled anywhere. The companies are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2005 through 2008 and include U.S.-based, privately held, independent companies.

“Over the past several years, we’ve made a number of judicious investments in our business that support our sustained growth,” said AMS President James P.
