AMS guarantees satisfaction with our recruiting services by offering the following:
- Within 30 days of hire, if the candidate resigns or is terminated for unsatisfactory job performance, AMS will conduct another search for the same position at no charge or refund the full recruitment fee.
- After 30 days and up to 90 days of hire, if the candidate resigns or is terminated for unsatisfactory job performance, AMS will conduct another search for the same position or give a pro-rated refund. Refund Policy: 50% refund within 31-60 days; 25% refund within 61-90 days.
